4. Eligibility Criteria

   1. The applicant organization must be based in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
   2. The organization must have been established for at least 2 years in Abu Dhabi.
   3. A valid commercial license in Abu Dhabi is required for private sector organizations.
   4. The service must be provided within Abu Dhabi.
   5. If the service is health-related, it should not be the specialized rehabilitation services for POD.
   6. If the service is educational, and the educational institution is a school or a nursery, it must have obtained a minimum rating of "Good" in the following standards outlined in the School Inspection Framework (4.2, 5.2).
